- JHJoey HaynesSep 17, 20261.0Mail delivery person for Eagle Pointe Creek keeps giving everyone the wrong mail it’s sad our food stamps get cut off or our social security paperwork gets put in the wrong box. Do you know how many times my help was canceled or cut off or how many times I came close to shut off in things due to the person in a hurry not putting mail, IMPORTANT MAIL in the correct box. Our neighbors shouldn’t have to hand deliver mail because someone doesn’t want to do the work properly. This is an ongoing issue. Once again today I got my neighbors DHHS paperwork in MY box. You get great pay, so how are you not taking proper care and from what I am hearing I’m not the only one complaining about missing mail and things not put in the correct boxes……AWFUL!!!!

I filled out everything, and as soon as I was pulling into my driveway, they called me and said they “forgot” my signature. I’ve never had to sign to send something overseas. The guy that “helped” me acted like I was inconveniencing him and he looked stoned. They really be giving anyone these positions, huh?
