- JKJ KJul 8, 20262.0Only “Misty” knows how to do international shipping to an DPO/AE address. The guy that works in the SB Post Office is worthless for anything above and beyond the routine day to day mail transaction. Worse yet, he appears completely indifferent to learn. If the Postmaster, Misty, isn’t there, and you have an international package to ship, go to Northport Post Office to avoid wasting your time.

- MSMarc SDec 2, 20251.0Post office personnel are rude and poorly trained. It is questionable if they deliver mail certain days (other holidays and Sundays). I have lived in several cities in my adult life and the postal service here is the worst I have ever exparienced.
- AHAndrew HankinsMay 21, 20241.0Customer service when I asked why the new carrier won’t take my larger packages to my door I was told if it’s more than 1/2 mile they didn’t have to. I told her our house was either just short of 1/2 mile or right at it. In the past no body refused to drive down my driveway. New carrier asked if I could put a package locker down by the road. I was told by the lady working the counter that he meant a plastic tote. I told her I couldn’t see the tote from my house and nobody on our road could see the mailboxes. She then said “I’m done talking”. I don’t see how her rude comment was good customer service, because I wasn’t rude to her I was just asking her a question.
