i’m not one to write reviews but i’ve never gotten a good experience coming to this post office. there is this one specific woman that has a bad attitude every time i come in. i think her name was pam. i went in to return a package i didn’t know how because it was my first time and she was looking at me like i was stupid. i pulled up a screen on my phone asked her to look at it she said no. i understand if she has a problem with germs or something who knows but i was standing there feeling stupid because i didn’t know what i was doing and she was just staring at me.

My wife was only five minutes late, and Wyatt started raising his voice at me and speaking to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. There was absolutely no reason to treat a customer like that. I was very disappointed with his attitude and the way he handled the situation. USPS should expect better customer service from its employees.

The lady working the counter was unbelievably rude. I went in because my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but wasn’t, and I was just trying to figure out what was going on and what would happen if they couldn’t deliver it again. She shot me a dirty look while I was talking to her, too. All she could offer was “it’s out for delivery again” with no explanation and no attempt to actually answer my concern, nothing. Just a really unpleasant interaction all around. The dirty look was wild. Oof.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after being treated poorly multiple times, I feel it’s important to share my experience. There is one employee at this post office who has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional every time I’ve had to deal with him. Instead of helping customers, he comes across as impatient and disrespectful, making every visit unpleasant and complains about every single thing about the package and make it very very complicated than shipping a box. I live just a few minutes from this location, so it should be the most convenient post office for me. Unfortunately, because of the way I’ve been treated by this employee on multiple occasions, I will no longer be coming here and will gladly drive farther to another location where customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management addresses this issue because no customer should feel unwelcome at their neighborhood post office.
