Don’t say you are going to call me back and then leave me waiting 30 minutes after having the worst attitude with me. Also the female representative who helped me was quizzing me as if she didn’t believe me or my identity. She kept asking me to spell my name, address, as if I’m not the one who made the order. I got no sort of help on my situation I don’t even know what to do at this point.

- MMMattApr 19, 20261.0I went there and filled out change of address forms, unfortunately the incompetent employee that I gave them to didn't bother to process them causing me a lot of inconvenience,why I they open on Saturday getting paid overtime when they refuse to Thier job m-f.there was a Time when this location was run by competent people,that time is gone permanently!!
