  Came to have a document notarized this morning. It came with instructions for the notary. The manager, Howard Carter, declined to read the instructions and said he didn’t need to be told how to do his job. Brushing past this remark, I waited for him to finish and sent the document where it needed to go only to learn it was notarized incorrectly (something was crossed out that should not have been and one of the dates was wrong). Additionally, I believe I should have been charged only $10 for the notary job, but was instead charged $20. Later in the day, I went back to this location to get a refund and have the document re-notarized. The lady said they wouldn't do a refund without the receipt, wouldn't re-notarize the document, and then when I asked who I could complain to, she said, with a chuckle, the manager who messed up the document in the first place. Hilarious! I then went to a different UPS store and they couldn't figure out why the notary at the Mound location had stamped every page instead of only the place indicated in the instructions and why he had charged me $20. Lesson: Stay away from this location if you need notary services! They'll just serve you high blood pressure instead.

  Went to refund a package for a family member. The staff were nice, making refunding it quick and easy. That's all I have to say. overall 5 stars!

  I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store #1636 in Sterling Heights. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service from the moment I walked in. They handled everything efficiently, answered my questions with patience, and made the entire shipping process quick and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to find a business where the employees clearly take pride in their work and treat every customer with respect. If you’re looking for reliable shipping, packing, or printing services, I highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be returning for my future shipping needs.

  The ladies at this UPS store are great!!!! I didn’t have a clue on how to ship my golf clubs and they fitted my boxes, helped me with taping, printed my labels from my phone. OMG I’m glad I stopped at this location. Excellent Service!!!
