  I've been going to this location since it opened, YEARS ago. True enough, my packages always get to where they're going, BUT for the past several years, they have this one fella who seems to have a chip on his shoulder......and I seem to get him most of the time. Many times, he seems agitated. Other times, he seems bothered to be taking my one or two packages. I, myself, make every attempt to be polite and courteous. He makes NO attempt. Could it be that I'm actually a jerk, and just don't know it? I hope not, and a new UPS Store has opened up on the south east corner of 12 mile Road and Schoenherr. I think that I'll give them a try. If they treat me the same way, then I'll know that I am indeed a jerk, and I'll come back here and post my findings!

  The attendants in the store are the best. The young people who work there are so helpful. I had a couple of artifacts shipped from there. I felt secure with their explanation of packaging, and I felt very comfortable with placing the shipments in their hands.

  Do not ship items from there. I paid extra for the shipping and put fragile on the box as explained to me by the employee and manager. The box and its contents were completely unusable broken and even the box was damaged and broken . They were no help . The manager was condescending and rude. I will never use this store or pay for their services. The claim process is a joke.
