    I stopped in to print 25 flyers, and Brett made the whole experience easy from start to finish. He took the time to make sure my image was lined up correctly so we wouldn't waste any paper. After everything was printed, we noticed a small correction was needed. Without me even asking, Brett went the extra mile and trimmed the excess paper so the flyers looked just right. It was my first time using the printing services, and Brett made sure I had a great experience. His patience, attention to detail, and willingness to help really stood out. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate everything he did. Thanks again, Brett!

    I've been going to this location since it opened, YEARS ago. True enough, my packages always get to where they're going, BUT for the past several years, they have this one fella who seems to have a chip on his shoulder......and I seem to get him most of the time. Many times, he seems agitated. Other times, he seems bothered to be taking my one or two packages. I, myself, make every attempt to be polite and courteous. He makes NO attempt. Could it be that I'm actually a jerk, and just don't know it? I hope not, and a new UPS Store has opened up on the south east corner of 12 mile Road and Schoenherr. I think that I'll give them a try. If they treat me the same way, then I'll know that I am indeed a jerk, and I'll come back here and post my findings!

    The attendants in the store are the best. The young people who work there are so helpful. I had a couple of artifacts shipped from there. I felt secure with their explanation of packaging, and I felt very comfortable with placing the shipments in their hands.
