  I asked for computer parts to be shipped, provided one box and anti static bags, asked for a second for one of the items. I paid $8 for a box. Receipt and tracking show two boxes of different dimensions. Recipient send pictures of the insured item that I paid for them to package separately arrived in no box at all, damaged! Clerk never explained the insurance, what it cost or what it covers so I picked a random number… who sends an insured price of electronics NOT IN A BOX?! But charges for the box?! EDIT/UPDATE: The owner responded to this review and directed me to Customer Relations. I contacted them, and unfortunately they still did not address my actual complaint. They essentially told me I was the one who made a mistake, I did not read the small print about insurance. I SPECIFICALLY asked the store to put my fragile GPU in a separate box. It was NOT put in a box. The recipient confirmed that it arrived damaged in a white shipping BAG. The UPS documentation also identifies the shipment as “IN STORE PACKED” and “PACK AND SHIP GUARANTEE.” I also asked about an $8 box charge on my receipt. Customer Relations could not tell me what that charge was for and directed me back to the store. So after being directed to Customer Relations by the owner’s response, I’m essentially being directed back to the store. 😂 I’m still waiting for someone to actually address the simple question I originally raised: Why was the GPU I specifically asked to have BOXED shipped without a box I paid for?

  I was in this place for next to zero time. There was a vedy thin lady. I love her. She was perfect at her job that day. Professional, very quick, and polite.... She had me in and out of there in like 3 seconds, somehow in those few seconds she was able to communicate kindness as well as efficiency. Maybe she's always like that.... maybe I just caught her at her best, lol. Either way, I gotta say it was a good day.
