Been in there several times for packages or other issues, not a very good experience whatsoever. Not sure what they're doing to these employees but the morale is through the basement floor. Edit: thankfully it was just coupons and junk this time. But guys... I gotta lie; these folks must really love their job. Another day with soiled mail, on the shoulder of the road, yet they made sure the box was closed? Was there ANY effort to put it INSIDE the mail box? I guess doing your job must not be part of your job when you work here

I called 3 times and finally was going to be put through to a human....wait time was 42 minutes! What? Are they really getting that many calls or is everyone in Standish there at the same time?
