Been having trouble with transferring my mail from and old address to a new address I was told to come pick up my mail .. I get there they claim they didn’t have anything they don’t know who told me that…But I was clearly told that Erica left am sticky note saying I was picking up mail on Monday …I was told to ask for Erica bcus she had my mail () I was told over the phone she wasn’t in so I went in .. I was told Erica was there … I was told they made calls to the mail delivery to let her know don’t deliver my mail to the old address and now all my mail is missing it’s been 2 months now still no mail even after identifying myself … I asked for an corporate number the lady with the silver hair that wears it in a ponytail with an old bump told me they don’t have a corporate number .. they are all full of bs …. They need new staff ASAP!!!!!

I asked the woman at the counter for help filling out the form she gave me, but instead of explaining it again, she scolded me for doing it wrong and made rude faces at me. She refused to help me complete it correctly and simply told me to come back another day. She had no patience at all, dealing with her was extremely frustraiting and unpleasant
