- LMLene MaxwellAug 20, 20261.0I used to like the customer service there. Professional and pleasant employees … until today, when I met Lulu. Omg, she must have some deep issues within. Talking to me as if I was a lousy husband or something. So weird, how she had her own argument with me. That’s all I can say. But USPS need to really look at all these reviews here! Wow. I also found out she lied about a specific issue she had with my package. Went to another post office and it was verified with a supervisor. WHY IS SHE STILL WORKING? Retire, ma’am. Respectfully.

All she did was raise her voice at me and not listen to my situation. I’ve never been treated that way in my life. I understand people have bad days, but to be that nasty at work as a customer service worker is unacceptable. I’m shocked they would hire someone with such a nasty attitude. She was like this with multiple people
