  I’ve seen all the reviews on here. It doesn’t matter what you say or what you do it seems like the owner will never do anything about this. These young ladies have the worst attitude ever I used to love the old location, and since they moved, It has been horrible. I’ve pulled up and seen lots of trash outside Emergency . No excuse for that because every time you go up there, you have at least three people or better just standing around doing nothing but giving you a hard time. The store is poorly kept up. I’ve called several times to ask for the owner to return my call. I’ve even left messages at the counter for the Owner to return my call. This is far almost the worst UPS store I have ever dealt with. I hate I have a PO Box with this service and I have it for professional reasons. Owner, if you’re out there somewhere reading these messages do something about your Staff. They’re making Business really bad for you.

  So far I can say I never had no issues with the UPS everyone’s that delivered my packages I have received them and everybody was very helpful and friendly in Jesus Name

  I paid for air shipping, yet the package sat there for two days, and now the delivery time has been extended by another two days. What the hell is this? Who’s going to refund my money? Or just fire the employee who’s messing this up.

  Very knowledgeable always friendly expertise service alway address you when you come through the door remember you by name or your mail box# always assist you with packages if you need it, very very helpful. This UPS Store has the best service.
