The person who greeted me at the UPS STORE gave me a lot of attitude - almost as if me being white was offensive to her. I didn’t feel welcome at all. Aside from that, charging me $3 for a single one sided print out of an email is similar to highway robbery. Never again.

Aniyah and Ryan both went out of their way to make sure all of my returns were processed properly and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!
