Joe was very helpful and able to get the long fax through, solving my problem. I had tried at another UPS Store near my home, but the fax machine there did not seem to be fast enough to get the job through. I went to a FedEx store and an Office Depot near me and both were much more expensive, plus I had to figure out how their machines worked and try (unsuccessfully) to do it myself. Best result and service at this business!
