- KKKimiSep 2, 20261.0I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating. I needed to ship some items to my company, and when I first came in, I was told they would take care of everything and call me if they had any issues. The next day, they called me for the return address (didn’t leave a voicemail so I didn’t know who it was and didn’t answer). They called again the following day and I told them I would come back to the store to provide it. When I returned, I waited about 15-20 minutes before being told that the process was “too complicated” for them to complete, even though I had provided step-by-step instructions from my company. I believe the store associate called their manager who stated it was “too complicated” so not only did the store associate not know how to do it but ultimately the store manager couldn’t either. They were also initially going to have me leave without a tracking number. Had I not stayed, I would have had to make a third trip to pick up my package only to take it to another store. What made this even more frustrating is that my friend completed THE SAME EXACT RETURN at ANOTHER LOCATION with no issues whatsoever. So it’s 100% a competency issue at this store. Overall, this was an unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming experience.

The owner told me he heard they that’s store don’t refund money back to people. And coincidentally my package is missing an item. Now I’m fighting with store for my total balance cause the weight of package is total 3 dresses. ups is investigating, and contacting bbb. Don’t take packages there to ship there thieves.
