  The staff, Especially Kim are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and their expertise allows a person to trust the process and focus on putting their best foot forward towards the process of gainful employment.

  There is a significant breakdown in communication between PrideStaff and the companies they place workers with. Communication appears to be internal-only among agents and supervisors, primarily limited to reporting absences, rather than ensuring information is properly relayed across all parties. Even when advance notice is provided regarding absences or late arrivals, that information does not appear to be acknowledged or communicated effectively to the assigned workplace, which reflects poor coordination and lack of accountability. In addition, the assignment I was placed in did not match what was described to me during the interview process. The actual job duties differed substantially from what was presented, resulting in a misleading representation of the role. This discrepancy is unacceptable and creates a lack of trust in the placement process. Overall, these issues demonstrate poor communication practices and inaccurate job representation, both of which need to be addressed to ensure workers are properly informed and fairly placed.
