I'm sorry but if you are working the window and I have a large stack of large flat envelopes to mail there should be no complaining or excuses about my transaction. Ring up my items and go on with your day. That's what you are being paid to do. It shouldn't matter if it's between 11 am - 1 pm when you only have one person working the window. I've been there at many different times of the day and 99% of the time there is only one person working the window.
- IRIan RAug 5, 20241.0Website says they do walk-in passports on Saturday. Were unable to do. Gentlemen recommend going to Gobles. Drove there wasted hour of time. They dont do walk-ins on Saturday either. Complete waste of time of.
