  The very best around! We love this location and all the employees especially Bella! She is absolutely amazing and provides top notch customer service. My mother is elderly and handicapped, Bella comes out of the store to help my Mom with her packages. We are forever grateful for her kindness.

  Bella at UPS consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She always takes the time to make sure my packages are handled carefully, properly secured, and well taken care of. I can always count on her to be attentive, responsible, and thorough, which gives me great peace of mind whenever I ship or receive a package. What makes Bella truly special is how kind and thoughtful she is. She is always friendly, sweet, and welcoming, and she genuinely cares about her customers. She regularly asks about my health, my kids, and how I am doing, which means so much to me. Her warm personality and personal touch make every visit a pleasant experience. She treats people with respect and kindness, and it is clear that she takes great pride in her work. The entire staff at this UPS location is wonderful. Everyone is extremely nice, hardworking, helpful, and professional. They work together as a team and always do their best to assist customers quickly and efficiently. The store is consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained, and they are always on top of everything. I truly appreciate Bella and the entire staff for their dedication and excellent service. This is a very nice and trustworthy location, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs reliable shipping services. Bella is an outstanding employee and a wonderful person, and UPS is lucky to have her!

  I’ve been coming to this location since they opened and the owner is always polite and helpful. I only go to this location now and highly would recommend it.

  Went to this store because I have had so many horrible experiences at the UPS store on Livernois (see previous reviews). This store was so much better! Bella was very nice and helpful. She took time to assure everything was correct and treated me very well. This will be my new UPS Store. I highly recommend you give it a try, especially if you are tired of the poor treatment by the workers at the UPS store on Livernois!

  I buy art from estate sales all of the country, and I always ask for it can dropped off at a UPS Store for shipping. This now did the worst job I've ever seen. The box was almost twice as big as it needed to be, and they covered the frame of the art in packing tape! Luckily the tape came off ok, but it could have caused serious damage. Very sloppy
