- MOMorgan OrchardJul 31, 20251.0They decided not to deliver my package that i paid extra for delivery on. Lied and said the porch was obstructed despite it being completely clear simply because their drivers are too lazy to do their job. USPS customer service is impossible to get a real person on the phone which doesn’t surprise me considering it’s apparently impossible to get anyone at this company to do their job.

- CLChristopher LassitterDec 6, 20185.0I go to the schoolcraft post office. I live in Vicksburg, and I will only go to the post office in vicksburg If i absolutely have to. Even then I try to go right before work, but I can’t because they close from 1pm-2pm. They have three ppl working at the same time and they close for an hr for lunch instead of having someone on the clock. The white lady is always grumpy, the black lady is really nice, I like her, and the big dude never seems to know what he is doing so he takes forever.
