- ANAdam Nola6 days ago1.0Im a business owner and homeowner and we've had countless problems with mail delivery, proper forwarding and general service. I am always kind and respectful in raising my concerns, only to be dismissed and ignored. Its frustrating because I don't think there is really any recourse for government employee's who are consistently careless and disrespectful. Writing this review may be the only thing I can do to get the attention of someone that might be able to help course correct this very essential, tax funded service to the people of Saline.
- SOSewar OmarAug 4, 20261.0I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The employee who was supposed to help me reprint my receipt was extremely rude and impatient. Even though the entire process took only about five minutes, she treated me as if I were wasting her time. I felt discriminated against because I have an accent and didn't grow up here. To make matters worse, I later found out that my package had been delivered a week late and arrived damaged. Filing a claim online is nearly impossible. I do not recommend this location or using USPS services. I'd rather pay more to be treated with dignity.
- SLScott LawsonJul 31, 20261.0Highly unprofessional and that starts with the leadership. We have a derelict postal carrier who falsely claims that mailboxes are not within spec. At least 5 people near my home got notices around the same time. It was strange to see people working on mailboxes up and down the street. Stops delivering because I left a note telling them that the mailbox has been sufficient for 23 years and also showing that the height is within spec. Then I went to the post office and showed a picture of the mailbox with a measuring tape indicating it was within spec. Showed the "manager" a collection of mail that was mis-delivered to us. The manager said he'd take care of it. Still no mail. At the end of the day very few items in our mail have any importance but that doesn't change the poor level of professionalism on display at the Saline Post office.

They make every visit quick and pleasant. I also love supporting local businesses and community services like this that truly care about their customers. Thank you for the excellent service every time!
