The staff used to be friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience lately. With the exception of two employees who consistently go above and beyond, many of the staff seem impatient, short tempered, and act as though helping customers is a burden. Simple questions are often met with snippy responses, and interactions can feel rushed and unwelcoming. I understand that everyone has stressful days, but customer service is a big part of the job, and kindness goes a long way. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because this location has the potential to provide the excellent service it once did.
