- BHBarb HouseJul 2, 20265.0For anyone claiming the employees at this post office are rude, I want to let you know that this is NOT my city post office, but it is my post office of CHOICE. From the super nice (and extra hilarious) front desk employees, to the full passport services, and the VERY extended 8 am - 8 pm open office hours on regular weekdays, this is the place to go. The other day I was mailing a book, and without even asking, the employee asked if my package was a book and wanted to use Media Mail. I didn't know that was a thing I could use--cost savings for a package I had expected to cost twice the amount. I also love the customers in line--I swear, if the line is long, it become Second City. So, if anyone is claiming anything other than 5 stars for the St. Clair Shores Post Office, I say, "hush your mouth." Peace.

- JTJuna TJun 22, 20261.0Our passport appt was for 12:45 pm we were there10 mins early. They made us wait till 1 pm for the lady that was at break only to be turned away. Super disrespectful as I had to rearrange my whole day to be there early. Why allow a booking if you’re going to take a break at that time. None of us are allowed that whenever we please during our working hours.

This time they told me to buy the overpriced tape for sale. This is not the first bad experience I've had with this post office. It will be the last, will go elsewhere. Zero concept of customer service. No wonder USPS is losing money and market share.

In addition, I am so happy that they stay open longer than other post offices... and I love that they have a small selection of cards (thank you, birthday cards, etc.).
