- MSMarie Smith4 days ago2.0Lady’s there are snotty and rude. I asked one lady a question she didn’t even make eye contact before saying before hearing me out that she doesn’t know and walked away. So I waited in line for 15 mins to ask again if they printed labels in the store like the other post office and the other lady answered with “nope looks like you have to go there” very pretentiously. I’m so tired of people being so unbelievably unprofessional and rude, it makes life so hard for no reason. It’s free to be kind. It’s only 10am how can your day already be so bad that you have to treat people so mean….

Today, I was absolutely in a rush to get there knowing they close at 6. They locked the door in my face as I was walking up at 5:57. Lazy people, they hate doing their job and they have proved it three days in a row. PLEASE GO TO THE MAIN POST OFFICE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BRIDGE, THEY ARE SO KIND.
- KFKristina FanningMay 13, 20261.0I really hate that my work has a PO Box at this location! This place is a dive and very dark inside. The Boardwalk location will randomly close during the week at random times, usually in the middle of the day (today it was at 2:00pm)! No signs on the door stating why? But they do have 2 signs posted telling you that rates will be increasing AGAIN!! You should also have an option for businesses to retrieve their mail when you are closed most of the weekend and also for your “holiday” hours! If it wasn’t such a hassle to change our business address, I would avoid this location entirely!! The parking lot has been deteriorating for YEARS and there are no clear lined parking spaces! I’m not sure why I’m so shocked at this, because the federal government does seem to be good at wasting and/or spending money on nonsense things and PLEASE send me another thick colored catalog telling me about commemorative stamps and other services!!! I’m sure that was cheap to do, Ha Ha!! 07/01/26 If only we could leave negative stars!! Closed during business hours for heat! That’s great! I had to leave work to drive over to this dive to pick up mail for our office and doors are locked during business hours!! This is ridiculous!! If a business pays for a P.O. Box and can rarely get their mail during the week, I’ll take a refund on that!! Nice that you are upping the rates for the boxes as well!! You Are the perfect example of a government managed business!!! Please outsource these services because you have no idea how to run a profitable business!!
