  One star for the simple fact that you cannot drop off a package for Delivery at the UPS store, despite it having a free and clear UPS label and properly boxed. No, you have to drop off a UPS package at the USPS! That policy needs to change, what BS!

  Do not use them. They were supposed to pack our box. They didn't, it was valuable family dishes. Broken when received, store employees lied and said that we didn't ask for packing.

  Went to return an Amazon drop off. Before coming to the store it’s said clearly on Amazon I did not need a box or label. I walk into the store and pull it up on my Amazon and I’m trying to find it and before I can say anything, the associate says that I needed to have a printed label and have it in a shipping box. I explained to her this was not the instructions I had received when initiating the return. Very rudely, she told me she can see on my phone that it clearly says “print label” and that she can print it here for $3. I told her I don’t have a printer and she told me “Well if you read the next step on your phone it says to print” in a very condescending tone. I walk out to my car, click “print” and it pulls up the QR code that says Leno box, No label”. I walk back inside and again, in a very condescending sarcastic tone she says “Did you miss a step?” While scanning the QR code, alluding to the fact I should have clicked “print label” earlier. I explained to her that if she knew this was the next at, it would have been nice of her to give me that explanation instead of making me feel bad earlier. The just stared back at me, I told her thank you and left the store. I have never felt so mocked or unwelcome din a UPS store over such a minor issue in my life. Never going back.
