- HCHeather CSep 28, 20263.0Great post office for doing after hours package drop-offs where the smaller post offices don't support this. I really appreciate the longer hours here too, great if you're an office worker. They are very popular during open hours, so expect a wait, but staff works hard to process customers fairly quickly. Lots of supplies if you need boxes, tape, and mailers. Parking is paid only, which is a real pain, but they use Parkmobile. The free garage is nearby, if you are okay with walking.

- JSJR SpyderSep 26, 20263.0I really wanted to make this a 5 star review. I truly did. The staff is mostly ok. But there are a few who need to work on their customer service skills. The building and interior are nice. And it's usually a quick visit. But parking is atrocious. Paying to park to deliver mail is absurd. And good luck finding a spot. Other than that, it's ok. Just not great.

The Southfield location’s machine had been down for days so I came to Royal Oak. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. There’s street parking on the front and side plus a parking garage across the street. Shanika was great! She explained the process and what to expect once my prints were finished.
