I went through a nightmare rigamarole of logistics snafus as I'm sure a lot of you have and I put in a case online and I was BLESSED to have Val be the one to call me back. She went above and beyond to fix my situation. She even had a delivery person go back and get my package that had been delivered and then priority sent it to my new address! I truly didn't think this level of service still existed in 2026, much less as a place with a reputation like USPS (no offense). I really do appreciate it and it saved me a five hour round trip to go pick up a package. Thank you VAL! You made my day!
