- BWBros Wireless4 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed with the service we experienced at the FedEx location in Romulus, MI. Our company repeatedly had boxes marked as “incorrect address,” despite the addresses being correct and properly formatted. These were not isolated incidents. The repeated problems caused delays, returned shipments, and serious disruptions to our business. We were also deeply concerned by how we felt our company was being treated compared with other customers. The pattern of treatment made us feel that we were being targeted and discriminated against. We believe FedEx should seriously investigate how our shipments were handled at this location and review the relevant tracking and delivery records. These ongoing issues ultimately damaged our trust in FedEx so much that **we made the decision to close our FedEx account and terminate our contract with the company**. Losing a business relationship because of repeated delivery and customer-service problems is a serious matter. Businesses depend on reliable shipping. We should not have to repeatedly prove that our correct addresses are actually correct or deal with packages being improperly classified and delayed. We hope FedEx management investigates what happened at this location and takes appropriate steps to ensure other businesses do not experience the same treatment.

- JHJonathan HooverSep 10, 20261.0Terrible customer service! My package was damaged by FedEx and they did not show me the package when I picked it up here, until AFTER I signed for it. I refused the package but they said I couldn’t refuse it after signing for it. So I’m stuck dealing with returning a broken TV! If I could give FedEx less than one star I would!
