- ACA CSep 10, 20261.0Highly disappointed with my experience with this company. The communication was extremely poor, and there seemed to be very little respect or consideration for the customer’s time. My delivery window was scheduled for 12:00 to 3:00 PM. At 3:30 PM, after the delivery window had already passed, I received a message saying my delivery was next on the list. If you have the ability to send notifications and text messages to coordinate the delivery, you should also have the common courtesy to let customers know when you are running late. I called to get an update and no one answered. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes listening to terrible hold music, I finally gave up and hung up. Delays happen. That is understandable. What is not acceptable is the complete lack of communication, especially on the day of delivery when customers are rearranging their schedules and waiting around for you to arrive. Dick’s Sporting Goods should seriously reconsider using this company for deliveries. The experience reflects poorly not only on the delivery company, but also on the Dick’s Sporting Goods brand.

Wings and Wheels delivered an expensive item today. They left it in my driveway and falsified the signature that was required for delivery.

I called them multiple times to schedule a service for installation that I paid a lot of money for and they are refusing to give me a call back and install the set. I m very disappointed for how much money it cost for me to get the run around like this and I would never recommend this company.
