- MHMaryana HannaJun 8, 20261.0I visited this USPS location on Monday around 4:00 PM. There were two women and one man working at the front. The heavier-set woman who helped scan my items was not friendly. She did not greet me, smile, or make me feel welcome. While I was there, I noticed what appeared to be unprofessional behavior toward another employee. The woman who assisted me and the male employee, who appeared to be of Indian descent, kept looking at the other female employee and laughing when she stepped away. As a customer, it gave the impression that they were talking about or making fun of her. The thinner female employee is always kind, friendly, welcoming, and smiling whenever I visit. She consistently provides excellent customer service and is one of the main reasons I continue coming back to this location. I hope management looks into this matter and ensures that all employees are treated respectfully and professionally. The friendly employee deserves recognition for the positive experience she provides customers.
