- KMKris MaddoxFeb 2, 20261.0Stopped delivering packages to me and everyone else in my neighborhood 10 days ago. Junk mail? Oh they deliver that. I have several hundred dollars worth of parcels apparently riding around in a mail truck for the past week. Random “delivery” attempts which are just the truck driving by but only the first day the package is supposed to be delivered. After that no updates. Medication my dying dog needs? That’s in there too. Neighbors having the same experience. Sick and tired of this bs! I guess whenever I’m having something delivered I need to tell them not to ship USPS, ever. Convenient it errors when I try to attach the tracking screenshots.

Please get someone else at the front counter. It's a shame when people have to avoid their local post office only because of the customer service. I could understand if this was a busy and hectic location, but it's far from that. 😞

- TSTresha StrateFeb 27, 20191.0The mail carrier Sherri is a wicked witch of a lady. I have requested several times verbally and in writing to have all packages put inside of my back porch. Sherri refuses to comply and when confronted with it she says something rude and drives away. Yesterday she delivered a package and put it on a snowy flower planter outside of my porch..I ran out and got her attention to tell her I requested all packages to be put inside the porch, she yelled at me and said "That is your porch!" Refering to my planter. I have complained several times to her supervisor and nothing has been done. She needs to be fired!
- CWcharles watsonFeb 20, 20181.0Amazon Posted 2-19-2018 on amazon tracking.Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver package.Please contact the carrier to resolve. Richland post office left this on tracking the package at 6:08 pm. this is a lie. There was no snow there was no car in the drive way just pure laziness and not willing to do the job at hand. That's why Amazon is going to deliver their own packages. I feel bad for the people who do there jobs and will still lose them because of people like this.
