- LHLion Heart4 days ago1.0The clerk had a nasty attitude mixed with blatant racism. In about a minute, she decided I wasn’t worth basic courtesy wouldn’t even touch my paperwork, telling me to ‘remove’ things as if they were dirty. When it was finally my turn, she just asked if I was there for a passport, then pushed me to the side saying ‘I’ll get to you when I get a chance’ no explanation, no questions about my paperwork or the process, nothing. I stood there like an afterthought for 45 minutes, on top of the hour I’d already waited in line. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable treatment.
