Books and pictures have been ruined countless times. We have spoken with the counterperson and asked that if the items do not fit, would they please leave a note or slip, and we would grab the items from the post office. It still continues to happen...and this time it was with our family pictures. Just pure laziness on the part of the carrier.

The staff was absolutely rude, hostile, and vulgar; loudly complaining, talking about the people in the lobby, swearing, And much more. She really made it clear she hated her job. I'm beyond disgusted by the local post office employees behavior.
