It will either take multiple weeks to move your mail through this location or it will be lost entirely. No one will ever pick the phone up if you try to call and any filed complaints are ignored. This may actually be peak government inefficiency.

While waiting in there, there was a sweet young lady helping others, trying her best to get the line down with ZERO help. When I had gotten up to her, her customer service was the best I had ever gotten in this post office in a very long time. I have no idea why this busy post office is so understaffed. She seemed stressed despite giving such good customer service. This is how you lose the good ones.

Well I waited a day, came and still couldn’t get in. I decided to go on my lunch during normal business hours when I knew they weren’t on lunch only to find they went on lunch and changed their lunch time with no prior notice to the public. Why isn’t there at least 1 person to run the lobby ? This is so inconvenient and unprofessional when you’re charging a substantial amount for a PO Box that can’t be accessed and there is no support provided when needed. I’m not sure if they need more staff or what, but it’s unacceptable.
