  If I could give this location a 0 I would. The customer service is awful and has been for years. I had a multi item return with many codes even though I grouped most of them together on Amazon. The woman was snarky with me because I pointed out she packed up the three item return with only one item in the bag. I said I’m surprised she isn’t checking what she’s scanning and packing up. I was there at 12:20pm on 9/9/2026. Her manager was in the back with a line of at least 5 people behind me. If she was overwhelmed she should have called him out of the back. Not mistreat their customers. Perhaps they need new management that doesn’t allow their employees to be inaccurate with returns and also doesn’t allow their staff to talk poorly to customers. He has been the manager here for years and I rarely have a good experience at this location. Unfortunately I don’t have another store close by to do my business with or I would.

  Absolutely the most rude and uninterested service people in town. This guy treated every customer like they were wrong. He failed to do simple things like retrieve an address from my profile. I mailed 6 packages and he had an excuse why something was wrong on each package including saying I needed to tape a small hole in the package. When I picked up the tape on the counter he said “that is not for customer use…..he has shoulder length black hair and a beard. The franchisee should find better employees who want to work with the public. I had tape in my car and I persevered but it was not without continuous lack of cooperation and help from this negative and condescending employee.

  I'm tired of getting the runaround from UPS out of Petoskey and all of their other spots that they have 800 numbers for that will not give you a person out of the Petoskey office to talk to to find a package that was supposedly leaving there out for delivery as of this last Monday! UPS is a very extremely poor service from my viewpoint after working 17 years at the United States Post Office USPS they get the job done!

  Mostly use for Amazon returns. Eric has processed my returns with 0 issues, quick and easy, every time. Great store.
