- DGDeborah Gage4 days ago1.0Absolutely the most rude and uninterested service people in town. This guy treated every customer like they were wrong. He failed to do simple things like retrieve an address from my profile. I mailed 6 packages and he had an excuse why something was wrong on each package including saying I needed to tape a small hole in the package. When I picked up the tape on the counter he said “that is not for customer use…..he has shoulder length black hair and a beard. The franchisee should find better employees who want to work with the public. I had tape in my car and I persevered but it was not without continuous lack of cooperation and help from this negative and condescending employee.
- SSSusan K SmithAug 19, 20261.0I'm tired of getting the runaround from UPS out of Petoskey and all of their other spots that they have 800 numbers for that will not give you a person out of the Petoskey office to talk to to find a package that was supposedly leaving there out for delivery as of this last Monday! UPS is a very extremely poor service from my viewpoint after working 17 years at the United States Post Office USPS they get the job done!
