- CSc smithOct 24, 20195.0Rec'd an email telling me my package had been delivered to my front porch. I checked and no package? I called the Post Office and explained to the very nice lady (did not write down her name) who took all my information and said she would look into it and call me back. About an hour later there is a knock at my door and the lady from the post office is there and hands me my package. She said it had gotten delivered across the street (because the tag on the box was off 1 digit on the label-not their fault and was correct on order as well, appears the shipper made a mistake) and she went to the neighbors, knocked on their door, got the package and then brought to me. I was blown away that she took all that time and trouble to find my package and bring it to me personally + she was super nice. I know they get a lot of grief and just wanted to say a big THANK YOU.
