- DMDiego Mensi5 days ago5.0I am writing to share my positive experience at your post office this morning. I was assisted by an employee named Veronica while sending several batches of certified mail. Despite being the only staff member available and managing a high volume of items, Veronica remained calm, focused, and professional throughout the process. I appreciated her consistent kindness and courtesy, even as I paused between batches to allow other customers to be served. Her composure and excellent service made a significant impression on me. Needless to say, other customers didn't thank me for my gesture, but it doesn't matter, I was happy because I found there is still kindness around.
- JDJ DanielMar 11, 20261.0Line of customers with 3 employees to start, the two b/f workers (unknown names) look at the line and walk to the back and never come back. 1 older w/m worker left to handle the rest, which took over 20 mins. One customer started yelling to the back for them to come back and help and they never did, not even the manager came out. Extremely selfish and unprofessional, avoid this post office at all costs. The employees were in earshot too because they could be heard talking and laughing in the back while ignoring the customers.
