  Worst USPS in the country!!! Always closed and when it does open expect to wait in line a minimum 30 minutes if you don't have a prepaid label!

  I called the Novi Post Office at 6:55 pm (5 minutes before they closed) as a package that was suppose to arrive was tracked as insufficient address and was supposed to be sent back to the sender. Alexis at the post office took the time to help me locate the package and add the needed part of the address so it can be delivered. So our package is only coming one day late instead of being sent back to the sender and then having to wait for it to be resent back to us. HUGE KUDOS to Alexis - her customer service was a 10 out of 10. I didn't feel rushed when talking to her and I know it was the end of her work day. USPS - you have a great employee in Alexis there at the Novi Post Office. Thanks Alexis!

  切手の購入で利用しました。自動販売機で買えるので便利ですね。 日本の親戚などに渡米の挨拶状を送りたいと思い、12 oaks mallのギフトショップで絵葉書を購入。こちらには国際郵便用切手（Global Forever Stamp）を買いに来ました。 店内に入ると正面に切手の自販機があります。操作モニターの指示に沿ってまとめ買い。クレカの読取が悪く、下の方の非接触から読み込ませた方がスムーズでした。 事前にネットで調べた時はデザインの良い国際郵便用切手もあるようなのですが、自販機には何とも素っ気ない、いかにも事務手続用といった感じのタイプしかないようでした。細長い切手で、半分は空白です。絵葉書に貼りにくいなと思ったので、空白部分は適当に処理して利用しましたが、無事に日本に届いたようです。 この時、ついでに国内用切手（Forever Stamp）もまとめ買いしました。後から気づいたのですが、アメリカは小切手を郵送する機会が多く、まとめ買いをしておいたのがとても役立ちました。 ちなみに、有人カウンターの方は大行列でした。国際郵便用切手を小洒落たタイプに変えられるか聞きたかったのですが、あの行列に混ざってカタコト英語でそれを聞く勇気が出ませんでした😄
