  Austin is amazing! He is a wonderful manager! I came in to get a poster for my grandmas 80th birthday bash. Austin took the time to actually sit down with me and explain the entire process. He showed me all the options that they offer and prices. The poster turned out great and my grandma couldn’t have had a better birthday thanks to this staples. He took pride in his work, always had a smile on his face, and a bonus is that he was nice on the eyes. Thank you for all your help, Austin. Austin rocks!!!

  Do not go here expecting to have prints ready on time. Austin, the manager will cancel your $200+ print job with no notice or explanation or option for rectification. Even called to check TWICE on the status of my job, was told it was ready only to arrive on TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS be told it was not.

  If Syed is working the counter, just go home and come back later. He moves at the speed of molasses, doesn't look anyone in the eye, doesn't speak, no feedback as to what he's doing or if he's done with you. The young guys that work here are usually great, but I just watched them both of them walk out and leave Syed all alone with eight people in the Amazon return line and more walking in the door. Those poor suckers are going to be here all evening. Don't leave Syed alone, he can't do the job. Have him stock shelves or something, his customer service skills are non-existent.

  My husband has gone here numerous times for a quick Amazon return. The gentleman at the counter is continually rude to him and ignores him even when directly spoken to. My husband has been standing in line next to be helped and the man will take other customers in front of him with no explanation. When told that he had been waiting in line, the man ignores him and continues to help others in front of him. It seems like the gentleman working at Staples does not want to process Amazon returns as this is a trend that has happened over four separate occasions. I’ve actively tried to avoid returning to Staples for my Amazon purchases as this is the experience that we have to endure each time however, unfortunately this is one of the only locations that accepts free Amazon returns. I hope Staples can address this manner and make this experience more pleasant for quick Amazon drop off customers

  Ryan helped me with my Amazon return, he went above and beyond to make sure my very large package would fit after getting turned down at UPS and Whole Foods. He was very pleasant to work with!
