- LEL EvansAug 26, 20261.0I have been there two different times in the past two weeks and there was a long line and one worker both times, there is no air conditioning and the people behind the counter are trying their best but are tired and hot and overworked! What is wrong with the management?! How can they not put more people at the front desk? Both times people are waiting and the people who are being waited on have long and complicated issues to be helped with and we all wait...like, forever! The clerks get applause for working under those conditions! How can they not have AC during these hot months!?

She told me to walk all the way around the waiting table when there was no line instead, of normally walking straight up to the desk. should be fired for power tripping at a post office.
- KKKristie KarpinskiAug 5, 20261.0I purchased 2 photo mailers. I mailed the photos to two different out of state addresses directly from the counter. Neither person received them. I went back to the post office to inquire and the lady was extremely rude and told me, “Too bad.” I filed a missing mail claim. I was contacted twice from my local post office but not from Northville until I filed a complaint regarding the rudeness of the clerk. Again, nothing they can do, they won’t even look under their stacks of junk to make sure they were indeed sent out. The rudeness of the clerk wasn’t addressed and and there was no apology issued.

It’s incredibly frustrating to jump through all the hoops, rearrange your schedule over and over, and still get nowhere.
