I've called main office with no attempt at fixing the problem. It seems it will remain the same until someone who cares gets put into a position to do something about it !!

As soon as you see your order is sent through USPS you know it will be late. If there is a drop of snow on the ground you can guarantee you will have to go pick up your package yourself. They love to put "driveway inaccessible" for no reason
