- LBLeigh BlackJun 16, 20261.0If I could leave negative stars, I would. I do not know his name, but my receipt says clerk number 55 he literally grunted at me instead of using words and while I was trying to pick out stamps, he starts tapping on the read out to tell me to answer the question on it then he charges me for a roll of stamps and I have to explain to him. I’m still asking questions about the different stamps. I did share with him that it would be very helpful if he used words instead of grunting at me and tapping on his machine to get my attention, his customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in any Postal Service ever.

She was polite, personable and understanding and made the overall experience hassle free. I didn't get her name, but I was in around 2:45pm today. To that employee, thank you so much.

And I always receive random mail for a neighbor that I usually just walk over to them. Today I received 7 pieces of mail for 4 different addresses on my street. It looks like the carrier just decided the dump the last bit of the mail for the block into my mailbox. I'm not a mail carrier, I'm not going to deliver mail for my block for you!
