I came there with a package to ship out & a pdf of my label, and she gave me an earful about how she can’t print it she can’t do anything and that I need to print it myself. I told her I would pay her to just print it but she claimed she couldn’t. Who can’t print a pdf file? They have printers there, if they can print from a qr code why can’t they print the pdf file? They need to modernize. It is very frustrating I can’t get a simple package sent. She didn’t need to be that rude about it, acting like I am a horrible person for asking her to print something. Even if they can’t print it fine, but she could of been more customer friendly.
