Today i decided to leave a review cuz I've had enough. they gave me the wrong key again but it’s hot package shouldn’t stay in this heat. Can’t get help till tomorrow yall suck customer service/workers do better. When I first moved here it was 1 star how yall get 2 yall workers doing the reviews now 😂😂…. Update yall better start doing ur job and stop stressing that man cuz he’s mostly likely why yall ain’t 1 star anymore. idk if he’s new but apparently he’s the only one on the job or who actually works. Wish i could yell at the mail person and everyone else who isn’t doing the job cuz I feel so bad I yelled at a person and was rude and he came straight to me called right at 9:30 btw. Like they say on bad apple ruins it for all I’m in the same boat they can’t leave it at my door due to theft SMH. Still an inconvenience I have to reorder my medical supplies Dr said rather be safe then sorry but whoever that man is please stay I appreciate you so much so hard to find good workers.

After two weeks of them holding our mail and us filing a complaint, we started getting our mail and sent us an apology letter. Now I'm getting some of my mail and they are returning some back to sender 😡😡😡 This post office is a joke and NEEDS some better workers and a better post Master. Unbelievable😡
