After about 5 minutes somebody finally strolled out, and they had headphones on! I'm talking the huge overhead ones. Well no wonder they can't hear when customers come. Then they continued to huff and puff about doing their job swearing under their breath like we couldn't hear it. Incredibly unprofessional. They also don't pay attention to the forms that they leave behind when you stick them on your mailbox to redeliver a package. They ignore it for 2 days.
