If patience were an Olympic sport, these two would be bringing home the gold! 🥇😂 I visited the UPS Store in Mount Pleasant today to overnight some very important documents. What should have been one quick trip turned into THREE visits because I kept needing to make changes. By the third visit, I was practically an employee! Chris and Brandon were absolutely FABULOUS. They were friendly, patient, accommodating, and genuinely happy to help every single time. Not once did they make me feel like an inconvenience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and my documents were on their way. Exceptional customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, which makes people like Chris and Brandon stand out even more. These two are exactly what customer service SHOULD look like! Thank you both for turning a stressful errand into such a positive experience. The Mount Pleasant UPS Store is lucky to have you! I’ll be back… hopefully only once next time! 😂👏📦
