- NLNick LanginMay 7, 20261.0They told me a laptop box would cost $37. I asked if there was a cheaper box it would fit in and they said no. After going to Walmart and buying a box for less than $2, they didn't even want to tape the box for me, instead insisting I buy a roll of their tape. Look, I get a little upcharge but that's ridiculous. And when you don't even want to tape boxes for people, your customer service is out the window. These people don't care about the customer experience, and they can't wait to replace their workers for robots (robots would probably give better customer service). Long story short, make sure you do everything yourself before going to the Mt Pleasant UPS store.
