- SSShadyswizz13Jul 22, 20261.0This post office has promised me on 6 occasions now that they would give me access to my mail during the past 6 weeks of the 3 months ive had to go without access to anything being mailed to me, and call me with a solution as to how the will stop withholding the key to my apartment mailbox. This is the 4th week after leaving requests in person every week i could on Saturdays where they continue to leave me with no answers, no calls or returns to my emails and no mail access whatsoever. I have no idea how to fix this but if you can id recommend never changing your address with this post office. Find a different one, get a po box otherwise you clould also fall victim to this neglect. Clinton township has done something similar to me as well leaving me previously without mail for 2 months themselves. Dont go there either. Roseville seems better maybe try there.

Every day we get an email saying what’s coming and nothing has showed up since Monday. The business next door got mail yesterday but no one else.
- TCTop ChapJun 20, 20261.0God awful company, it’s wild to me that USPS is still in business, then again that’s not too shocking for a failed corporation that’s been subsidized by the U.S. government for the last few decades. Absolutely despise ordering something and seeing “Shipping with USPS”. The second you see that you can kiss proper tracking goodbye, and quite possibly even kiss your package goodbye, since they lose more packages than the rest of the competition combined. This branch is worse than the average USPS branch though. They’ll pretend like they’re delivering your package, even give you an ETA, and then someway somehow, never deliver. Then you have to go searching for your package as though you work for them. Good luck calling too, 15 minutes to get through the robot, then their call centers are advised to have people hold a minimum of 15 minutes in the hopes that they hang up. Awful, disgusting company.
