- SLStacy LangenkampJul 31, 20262.0I have had nice encounters with the people working the desk when I need to drop off packages. My biggest complaint is my packages constantly getting mis-scanned and sent to Maybee, MI (the next town over) in which they send it back to Detroit for re-processing to go back to Milan. Example today, Milan scanned a package as "out for delivery" and 5 minutes later, the package is scanned at the Maybee facility. Incredibly inconvenient and frustrating when you are counting on stuff to arrive when it's supposed to and knowing it was right there only to be scanned incorrectly and sent somewhere else is even more frustrating.

She did not treat me with respect as a customer and left there feeling disgusted. This is the only post office in Milan and unfortunately we have to deal with this unruly employee at the Milan Post Office.
