  The customer service at the Midland UPS store has been consistently terrible for years. I have thought about writing a review for years and never took the time. Today I am. I took a package to send that I did not tape, I had the tape in my purse. The associate that offered to “help” me scolded me for not taping my package and continued to tell me they don’t tape packages if I’m simply shipping it through them. I tried to explain to her that I had my own tape with me, but she didn’t want to hear that, instead she scolded me 2 more times. I then showed her the tape in my purse. I witness every time I’m there m, poor customer service to the majority of the customers who use this store. I would love to read the job description for this store-“ If you are rude and hate working with people then you are hired”? That’s what it should say.

  I came in today inquiring about something I wanted printed. I spoke to a lady named Jill about different options they had available. She was so friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me with extreme detail. I was highly impressed with all the options they had, I never knew they were able to do so much on the printing end of things. The prices were great and the process with easy. Would highly recommend.

  Employees are unprofessional and lack basic customer service. Cannot meet bare minimum of just acknowledging a customer, I am not even asking for a smile. I will avoid coming to this location whenever possible.
