- KEKaren EnglishSep 25, 20265.0I have to say that this review could have gone sideways but due to the persistence and care of Erica, and her supervisors who became involved, I am giving my Midland Staples 5 stars. I had taken in an expensive poster to be laminated. Its size required it to be sent out of store for processing. Erica had given clear instructions on leaving extra laminate where grommets could be added thus avoiding damage to the poster when hanging it. For whatever reason, there were questions about this straight forward task, and even more devastating my poster, while out for processing, was misplaced! Erica went to bat for me, as did her supervisors. I was quickly reimbursed for the missing poster. I reordered, gave Staples a second chance and can happily report the second attempt was flawless .... I am very happy with how it all turned out.

- JMJohn MarkeyAug 26, 20261.0Second time in three months that I am leaving this store without making a purchase. I had two HP 64 black/tri-color containers (over $200.00) in my hand to purchase. However, I also had a sample sheet of heavier white paper that I wanted to buy a pack. I asked what weight paper was told that it was 110 pound and it’s on aisle 12. Could not find anything close on aisle 12. It’s a no-damn help store! DON’T waste your time in trying to get some help in this store…there isn’t any! I left the HP ink packs on the printing counter with words that expressed my frustration!
