- KMKeely MendezMay 13, 20261.0I have lived in Middleton for 5 years and have always been required to pay for my P.O. box in order to recieve mail. I was told if I didn't want to pay for it that I would have to put a mailbox on my property. Well I finally had enough of dealing with the post office limited hours and not recieving my packages, so I told them I will be getting a mailbox for my house. Now they are saying that I can't and that my P.O. box should have been free all these years. They are denying a refund for paying for 5 years. Which is very preditory if you ask me. Im sure there are many people paying when they shouldn't have to. I'll be honest to say that working as a night shift nurse their limited hours to be able to pick up my mail is fustrating. But its no wonder USPS is failing. They have poor customer service and knowingly overcharge people that dont know any better.

If you are driving from a distance, please check the hours of operation before you go, and make sure they are open. Right now the Middleton location is open Monday-Friday from 12-4 and Saturday 8:30-10:30 It changed hours frequently over the years so I learned to log into their google business page to check their hours and not just assume they remain the same.

Would rather come here than most of the other offices near me. Not sure what is wrong with these other reviewers. To me it sounds like they're crying over personal problems. If you fill out your forms properly and follow simple instructions, you won't have any problems. I also find it despicable that this girl claims the clerk reads her mail. Surely there would be evidence of this. Sounds like a personal vendetta rather than a legitimate review!
