- DPDeputy PawsJul 28, 20265.0I love the post office in Marshall, MI. They are small, but are way above the rest!! The older historic building is a joy to look at. The women that work the counter are always so nice and helpful. If you are in the area and need some stamps or just want to look at the historic building stop in there you will like it.

The sender sent 10 out all the same way, had them weighed at her post office and put the amount of postage on the post office told her to. Our post office says it is a parcel not an envelope because it is rigid. I literally folded it in half in front of them it was just a card inside. They insisted it was $7. I ship out actual packages often for $3-5 based on weight no way this envelope was over $7 in postage.

- TPTina PalmerApr 7, 20231.0Worst post office around. The tall blonde lady is rude as all heck. She has a I am better than you attitude and gives everyone dirty looks. They also don't understand what a stamp covers or how much a letter costs to mail as I constantly get things sent back to me and when I go to the Battle Creek post office I am told that Marshall does not know what a stamp covers and that I do not owe any additional postage. The mail lady here refuses to pick up any outgoing mail so I have to travel to mail anything. And this is how they treat a letter that says fragile, don't crush, be careful and it comes to me absolutely crushed up and the envelope ripping at the seams. Biggest joke of a post office here. Just go out of town to a different post office and quit letting these scammers do just that, scam you out of your money.
