  I came into the store 4-10-26 and I was immediately greeted with the warmest and most genuine smile I’ve ever received. And what’s really to note is that Aurora, was cleaning and dusting furniture/fixture in the store. Many times when an associate is already preoccupied with a chore, they fail to engage and provide a positive client experience, but not Aurora, she was just amazing. She also was not bothered that I didn’t have everything done properly and kindly encouraged me to simply grab my phone so that she could guide me through the process. This is the second great experience I’ve had at this location and I am firmly convinced that this team just doesn’t miss. Thank you Aurora for the great customer experience. Derrick

  I just had to ship a package to a colleague down state and of course the package was valuable and of course I didn’t have proper packaging but none of that mattered to Samantha, who was the consummate professional. The way that Samantha treated me was kind and supportive, she even came from behind the counter to make sure that I did have the proper packaging for my valuable item. And all of this while the store was incredibly busy. If you need to have a package delivered by a professional, I encourage you to come to this location if THE UPS STORE and let Samantha wow you with her professional customer service, care and prompt attention.   I came in the store today at 5pm as a first time customer. I wanted to return one small package. I had the shipping label ready on my phone to be printed off at the store because I don’t own a printer. As I set the bag on the counter, the clerk was immediately upset that I didn’t have my return shipping label on the package. She berated and insulted me before I even got a chance to ask her if she could print it out for me. I was so shocked and hurt by the woman’s attitude with me, that I left the store and went home. Now I don’t feel comfortable using their services, that was my first time using this location here in Marquette and it’s my last.
