Kinda hard when some of us count on her to deliver our PAYCHECKS on time who are also living paycheck to paycheck. Kinda sad I have to worry about how I’m going to pay rent when it doesn’t show up when it says it’s supposed to! Do your job, it’s not hard- quit being lazy!

- JWJami WenglerAug 23, 20221.0Often mail I send does not ever make it to where I send. I had 2 money orders that were lost and went to get them reissued. Employee Doris did not know what to do and it seemed to upset her that she had to figure this out. She went in back to make a phone call and I could hear every word she said. She was very snarky and saying "this lady thinks she is getting money, and I'm like no that's not happening". When she came back I confronted her that I could hear her attitude and im not asking for money I'm asking for my money orders to be replaced because my mail was lost for the umpteenth time.she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. It was about an hour and a half in the post office and ended with her throwing paperwork at me. Technically she was supposed to send it out but I'd rather take it somewhere else to send since she would probably have thrown my stuff in the garbage. She also didn't fill out the form correctly and I had to fix some of the things she filled out. I don't care if someone doesn't know what to do, but to treat a customer the way she did just because she didn't know how to do her job was ridiculous. I will never use this office again.
