- LLLicht Leonard2 days ago1.0one star for the awful useless robot answering machine on the phone. wont let me talk to anyone who works here. i need to remove someone from my address who no longer lives here and i am unable to physically go to the post office. so i guess im just going to keep getting her mail until that stupid robot that doesnt understand a word i say is removed too. 🤬
- JJJillian JorissenMay 29, 20261.0Every time I have gone to the Manistee Post Office, the staff has been incredibly unfriendly and makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I'm not a difficult customer; I always try to be friendly, courteous and understanding. No matter how many smiles I greet them with, it's returned in an upside-down manner. After numerous poor experiences, I now drive out of my way to visit either the Onekama or Bear Lake location, just to avoid another customer experience let down.

I quit using my p.o box because some of my packages where going missing. When I went to return my key they didnt give me the full refund because of rent for the p.o box. Even tho I said I wasn't gonna be using it anymore bc I wasnt sending packages there. So what did go there was junk mail. They claimed that the packages wasnt delivered there even tho amazon and other websites I ordered from said it delivered.
