  After being told my package was available for pick-up by the app, I was dismayed to learn upon my arrival they did not have it. In fact, their records showed it was delivered (I specified pick-up at location) and signed for (not by me). The manager was willing to put a call in to assist, and eventually she handed me over to Customer Support, and they were no help. No answers, speculation only. I was told they'd contact me the next morning. I opened a lost package claim the next day, and I was obsessively checking the app and calling the AI Support only to be told they were still looking. Nobody from Customer Support ever called or texted despite their promises. Later in the day, the FedEx Office manager called saying "You know your package was delivered today, right?"!! After seeing the package, but not seeing me perform the pick up, she decided to call me and give the update herself. Thank goodness she recalled my name and situation. I was elated and promptly got in the car. Thank Heaven for the staff at this location! They were unable to assist because it was indeed out of their control, but the concern was there. The manager really impressed me!

  Went in there they were very friendly and they took care of me quick I needed to have some things faxed they were really busy but they took time out to show me how to work the machine and it was fantastic

  I always send my stuff through FedEx. Instead of the post office! Montana much better experience through FedEx! Even though their prices have went up, I still prefer FedEx over the post office!

  Fastest drop-off experience ever — Super convenient! I had a great experience at this FedEx Office location. If you already have your label ready, they have a self-service kiosk that makes dropping off packages incredibly fast. I was in and out in less than a minute without having to wait in a long line, which is a huge time-saver. The store itself was very clean and well-organized, and the parking lot is big, so I didn’t have to struggle to find a spot or navigate a cramped space with my packages. It’s easily the most convenient and stress-free shipping experience I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend this spot if you want to get your shipping done efficiently!
