  I came in with a very complicated order. Annika D and Keegan W handled it like champs. Annika took ownership of the order, was very competent, and delightful to work with. She is really good at her job and deserves a raise!

  Just walked up to the door, and the employee walked up to me (at the handle to open it) to lock it as I was going to open it and go it. She told me that they are closed and locked it pretty much in my face. What awful customer service! Do better UPS!

  For over 5 years, this has been my favorite UPS location. Recently, my daughter did an Amazon return at this location. She did not accept the proof of return receipt. I went back to the store to get one and it could not be issued after it had been accepted by them. The staff was patient and communicated clearly about the process and why a receipt could not be given. Even though I did not leave with a receipt, I did feel reassured that my return would be processed correctly.
