They took the time to show me exactly where my PO Box was located and provided me with two keys for easy access. They also explained how to send a package and answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. Their excellent customer service made the entire process simple and stress-free. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making me feel welcome and helping me get everything set up so smoothly!

Was able to mail a few post cards home to my family. Clean. Pretty much like any other post office. Fun to listen to the conversations outside the post office that were conversations you would expect to hear when at any other post office in the U.S. Obviously these were conversations of the local residents. Purchased some stamps and post card stamps. All-in-all had a good experience T the Mackinac Island post office and appreciated that there was USPS on the island.
