- LCLisa Carmichael1 day ago5.0Great to see a regular post office that was open and available to anyone being in the island. The USPS associate was kind. Was able to mail a few post cards home to my family. Clean. Pretty much like any other post office. Fun to listen to the conversations outside the post office that were conversations you would expect to hear when at any other post office in the U.S. Obviously these were conversations of the local residents. Purchased some stamps and post card stamps. All-in-all had a good experience T the Mackinac Island post office and appreciated that there was USPS on the island.

I lived all over the USA and this is the most polite and expedient post office I've ever encountered in my life. While other post offices in rural areas dont deliver this office truly will help you solve the mystery of "where is my package" they are a credit to the industry and the island. We cant thank you enough for all you ladies.
